Kisha akanunua kilima cha Samaria kwa Shemeri kwa talanta mbili za fedha; akajenga juu ya kilima kile, akauita mji alioujenga Samaria, kwa kuliandama jina lake Shemeri, aliyekuwa mwenye kilima.
