Wakakimbia Washami mbele ya Israeli; naye Daudi akawaua katika Washami, watu wa magari mia saba, na wapanda farasi arobaini elfu, naye akampiga huyo Shobaki, jemadari wa jeshi lao, hata akafa huko.
