Isaya 42 : 4 Isaiah chapter 42 verse 4

Hatazimia, wala hatakata tamaa, hata atakapoweka hukumu duniani; na visiwa vitaingojea sheria yake.

He will not fail nor be discouraged, until he have set justice in the earth; and the isles shall wait for his law.
