| Tena Elihu akaendelea na kusema, Ayabu 36:1 |
Elihu also continued, and said, |
| Ningojee kidogo nami nitakueleza; Kwa kuwa nikali na maneno kwa ajili ya Mungu. Ayabu 36:2 |
"Bear with me a little, and I will show you; For I still have something to say on God's behalf. |
| Nitayaleta maarifa yangu kutoka mbali, Nami nitampa haki Muumba wangu. Ayabu 36:3 |
I will get my knowledge from afar, And will ascribe righteousness to my Maker. |
| Kwani yakini maneno yangu si ya uongo; Aliyekamilika katika maarifa yu pamoja nawe. Ayabu 36:4 |
For truly my words are not false. One who is perfect in knowledge is with you. |
| Tazama, Mungu ni hodari, wala hamdharau mtu ye yote; Ana uweza katika nguvu za fahamu. Ayabu 36:5 |
"Behold, God is mighty, and doesn't despise anyone. He is mighty in strength of understanding. |
| Hauhifadhi uhai wa waovu; Lakini huwapa wateswao haki yao. Ayabu 36:6 |
He doesn't preserve the life of the wicked, But gives to the afflicted their right. |
| Yeye hawaondolei macho yake wenye haki; Lakini pamoja na wafalme huwaweka Katika viti vya enzi milele, nao hutukuzwa. Ayabu 36:7 |
He doesn't withdraw his eyes from the righteous, But with kings on the throne, He sets them forever, and they are exalted. |
| Nao wakifungwa kwa pingu, Wakitwaliwa kwa kamba za mateso; Ayabu 36:8 |
If they are bound in fetters, And are taken in the cords of afflictions, |
| Ndipo huwaonyesha matendo yao, Na makosa yao, ya kuwa wametenda kwa kujivuna. Ayabu 36:9 |
Then he shows them their work, And their transgressions, that they have behaved themselves proudly. |
| Yeye huyafunua masikio yao, wasikie maonyo, Na kuwaagiza warudi kuuacha uovu. Ayabu 36:10 |
He also opens their ears to instruction, And commands that they return from iniquity. |
| Kama wakisikia na kumtumikia, Watapisha siku zao katika kufanikiwa, Na miaka yao katika furaha. Ayabu 36:11 |
If they listen and serve him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures. |
| Lakini wasiposikia, wataangamia kwa upanga, Nao watakufa pasipo maarifa. Ayabu 36:12 |
But if they don't listen, they shall perish by the sword; They shall die without knowledge. |
| Lakini hao wasiomcha Mungu mioyoni hujiwekea hasira Hawalilii msaada hapo awafungapo. Ayabu 36:13 |
"But those who are godless in heart lay up anger. They don't cry for help when he binds them. |
| Wao hufa wakali vijana, Na uhai wao huangamia katikati ya wachafu. Ayabu 36:14 |
They die in youth. Their life perishes among the unclean. |
| Yeye humponya aliyetaabika kwa njia ya taabu yake, Na kuyafunua masikio yao kwa maonevu. Ayabu 36:15 |
He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, And opens their ear in oppression. |
| Naam, yeye angekuongoza utoke katika msiba Hata mahali penye nafasi, ambapo hapana msonge; Na kilichowekwa mezani pako kingejaa mafuta. Ayabu 36:16 |
Yes, he would have allured you out of distress, Into a broad place, where there is no restriction. That which is set on your table would be full of fatness. |
| Lakini umejaa hukumu ya waovu; Hukumu na haki hukushika. Ayabu 36:17 |
"But you are full of the judgment of the wicked. Judgment and justice take hold of you. |
| Basi ujitunze, isije hasira ikakuvuta hata ukafanya mzaha; Wala usikubali ukuu wa ukombozi ukugeuze. Ayabu 36:18 |
Don't let riches entice you to wrath, Neither let the great size of a bribe turn you aside. |
| Je! Mali yako yatatosha, hata usiwe katika taabu, Au uwezo wote wa nguvu zako? Ayabu 36:19 |
Would your wealth sustain you in distress, Or all the might of your strength? |
| Usiutamani usiku, Wakati watu wakatwapo katika mahali pao. Ayabu 36:20 |
Don't desire the night, When people are cut off in their place. |
| Jitunze, usiutazame uovu; Kwani umeuchagua huo zaidi ya taabu. Ayabu 36:21 |
Take heed, don't regard iniquity; For this you have chosen rather than affliction. |
| Tazama, Mungu hutenda makuu kwa uweza wake; Ni nani afundishaye kama yeye? Ayabu 36:22 |
Behold, God is exalted in his power. Who is a teacher like him? |
| Ni nani aliyemwagiza njia yake? Au ni nani awezaye kusema, Wewe umetenda yasiyo haki? Ayabu 36:23 |
Who has prescribed his way for him? Or who can say, 'You have committed unrighteousness?' |
| Kumbuka kuitukuza kazi yake, Watu waliyoiimbia. Ayabu 36:24 |
"Remember that you magnify his work, Whereof men have sung. |
| Wanadamu wote wameitazama; Watu huiangalia kwa mbali Ayabu 36:25 |
All men have looked thereon. Man sees it afar off. |
| Tazama, Mungu ni mkuu, nasi hatumjui; Hesabu ya miaka yake haitafutiki. Ayabu 36:26 |
Behold, God is great, and we don't know him. The number of his years is unsearchable. |
| Kwani yeye huvuta juu matone ya maji, Yamwagikayo katika mvua kutoka kungeni mwake; Ayabu 36:27 |
For he draws up the drops of water, Which distill in rain from his vapor, |
| Ambayo mawingu yainyesha Na kudondoza juu ya wanadamu kwa wingi. Ayabu 36:28 |
Which the skies pour down And drop on man abundantly. |
| Naam, mtu aweza kuelewa na matandazo ya mawingu, Ngurumo za makao yake? Ayabu 36:29 |
Yes, can any understand the spreading of the clouds, And the thunderings of his pavilion? |
| Tazama, yeye huutandaza mwanga wake, umzunguke; Naye hufunika vilindi vya bahari. Ayabu 36:30 |
Behold, he spreads his light around him. He covers the bottom of the sea. |
| Kwani huwahukumu kabila za watu kwa njia hizi; Hutoa chakula kwa ukarimu. Ayabu 36:31 |
For by these he judges the people. He gives food in abundance. |
| Yeye huifunika mikono yake kwa umeme; Na kuuagiza shabaha utakayopiga. Ayabu 36:32 |
He covers his hands with the lightning, And commands it to strike the mark. |
| Mshindo wake hutoa habari zake, Anayewaka hasira juu ya uovu. Ayabu 36:33 |
The noise of it tells about him, And the cattle also concerning the storm that comes up. |
